This morning...

I have been hesitant to post since my mind is in a dark place these last couple of days. A series of upsets came along and I guess that set me in that direction.

Nothing dramatic but as a friend says, "sometime that will happen in a big operation like this!" Kind of a size check, huh!? Hahahaha

Anyway, I have been reading books and watching videos relating to Druidry and Britain before the Roman occupation. I would like to post more about that but need to wait until I am in a more positive head-space.

  1. Ahhh...the killing of so many Trees can feel very devastating. So much wisdom lost. Hope you read The Druids by Llywelyn.

    1. I wish I had spent more time with you when you were here Susan to soak in some of your wisdom about the UK...we are going there in September to explore my family roots in the Kent county area and to feel the old....I know you have a ton of experience there....
Oh well, we never know much about any place we go, then it is more of an adventure...

  3. Love & Light from Dee & Mario, the South Africans you met in Baja California about 2 years ago. We didn't get very far at all, we have been living in Guatemala for most of that time :) Enjoying your blog and looking forward to your insights about the Druids. Keep 'em coming! X

    1. WOW! It is SO good to hear from you. I finally got hooked in with your travel blog and will now do some reading on it. Guate! Perfect place to be! We loved it...and especially the Lake....
I will try to keep up a little better with my blog...
Thanks for commenting and letting me know you are well and happily living your lives..

  4. I just watched "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" and learned, "Everything will be all right in the end. If it's not all right then it is not yet the end." Good stuff!

And I agree with Sue. The loss of so many trees, and all that which we've lost in other fires, along with the state of our world/society can put us in an even darker place. Add a few upsets to that and we have to fight to keep our heads above water, somedays. You can do it! Keep on trucking!

    1. Thank you Cyndi....good wisdom! And thanks for your very understanding words...you are a very insightful sister. I feel better today....I usually have a good attitude. Now sister Sue Soaring Sun and brother Steve are back in town and Sue and I will resume our weekly Alanon breakfasts and that will be very good. ALSO...what we refer to as the Monsoon is starting...not really a monsoon but it feels a bit like it since we are usually so dry.
      Thanks sister....and blessings to you,
      MKB
